Bocuse d'Or Turkey
MSA students and instructor chefs supported the world's most prestigious cooking contest, Bocuse d'Or Turkey, held for the first time in our country, with all preparations and pre-requisites in MSA.
9 competent candidates who’d be able to represent Turkey in the best way were at MSA for the semi-finals. The jury determined the last four candidates with a tough choice. The first prize in Turkey's first Bocuse d'Or final was to the Four Seasons Sultanahmet Sous Chef Gürcan Gülmez and his team.
Chef Gürcan Gülmez chosen to be eligible to represent Turkey in the world finals of Bocuse d'Or in Lyon, France, in January 2015, after the European finals in Stockholm.
As MSA, we are proud to support the world's most prestigious cooking contest, Bocuse d'Or Turkey, for the first time and such an honour to have a Turkish chef representing our country.
