Who can apply?
Those who want to learn the ins and outs of a kitchen so as to pursue a professional career in cookery. Candidates between the ages of 18 – 49 can apply, although students aged between 41 - 49 can only join the program without an internship opportunity.
How long is the course?
16 hours of theoretical, 240 hours of hands-on classes.
4 months of mandatory internship* (for those in the 18 – 40 age range)
*Only those with residency permit could be considered for internship in Turkey. Candidates with no residency can complete their internship at their hometown and could be assessed for City & Guilds diploma.
