Culinary Arts for International Students


Who can apply?
This program is for people who seek a professional career in cookery. Candidates between the ages of 18 – 49 can apply. Only students aged between 41 - 49 may join the program without also accepting work as an intern . All courses are currently offered exclusively in Turkish, so all applicants must be able to understand spoken Turkish.


How long is the course?
16 hours of theory classes, 240 hours of hands-on classes.
4 months of mandatory internship* (for those in the 18 – 40 age range)

*Only applicants with a pre-existing residency permit will be considered the internship program in Turkey. Candidates without the permit may complete their internship elsewhere and may be assessed for a City & Guilds diploma.
