The LIFE Project (Livelihoods Innovation through Food Entrepreneurship) is a project that aims to support entrepreneurship, job creation and participation among different cultures in the culinary industry. Filiz Hösükoğlu, a member of the LIFE Advisory Council, led the development of this cookbook. Browsing throught the cookbook takes you on an intercultural journey, with recipes and stories from Life Project members. The Culinary Arts Academy made this book possible. All the recipes were tested by MSA Chief Chef Cem Erol and his team, and analyzed and put to paper using the same standards. Food photographs were taken by Seren Dal, and book design was made by Yeşim Demir. The stories of the people within and the wonderfully appetizing recipes make this truly a work to admire.
