MSA visited Hong Kong International Culinary Institute (ICI) in April 2016 for the organization of “A Turkish Culinary Experience”.
Executive Chef Instructor Cem Erol, Pastry & Bakery chef instructor Özge Köse and the Culinary Programs Coordinator Zeynep Tunç organized an exclusive demo to students in the context of MSA's Turkish Cuisine to the World mission. The demo included the signature items from the Turkish Cuisine such as tarhana soup, mantı, laz böreği and the traditional ice cream with salep.
MSA team also carried out a second event with VTC top management in attendance. International Business Development Manager Paolo Gorreri, Turkish Ambassy representative Erdal Bahadır, VTC International Hong Kong Executive Chef Instructor Andreas Muller and VTC International Operations Director presented an award to MSA visiting chefs.
