MSA members, chefs and staff handled the international food conference YEDI's evening dinner

YEDI opened its doors in 2017 with theme of "Extinction," focusing on subjects such as awareness, interactions, inspiration and mobilization. In September 2019, with the theme of "Transformation," it shed light on social projects, environmental issues, and other topics important to younger generations.

MSA's team handled the entire operation, starting with breakfast. For lunch, the team helped in preparing innovative takes on traditional recipes for LIFE Project members and leading Istanbul chefs. Students were also invited into the kitchen to help chefs with prep, cooking and catering, giving them a new and valuable experience as well.

The dinner was organized around the concept of a "Meyhane," or traditional Turkish restaurant type, included dishes like Meyhane Pilav, Arugula Salad, and spicy yogurt called Atom. They were prepared with instructor chefs and students working on Advanced Professional Cooking and Professional Pastry Bread, all making for a totally unique experience for everyone.
