Organized by the Turkish Cuisine Association on 23 April 2016, the second event of Yemeğini Keşfet (Discover Your Food) aimed to bring together world-renowned chefs and intellectuals in the field of gastronomy with kitchen enthusiasts. In this activity theme "courage", brought together many names who devoted themselves to the eating and drinking world and who had found courageous and extraordinary approaches in terms of content and design, presenting their different perspectives to the participants.

Among the speakers were; the creators of the "Fool" magazine Lotta and Per Anders Jörgensen from Sweden, Latin American Rosio Sanchez, who then lately opened a taco shop in Copenhagen's Torvehallerne market after being Noma's pastry chef for 6 years, Lebanese Karnal Mouzawak, supporting tableware traditions by supporting small producers and agriculture who also founded Beirut's first farmer market Souk el Tayeb, together with Joan, Jordi and Josep Roca, whom we know from El Celler de Can Roca, known as the number one restaurant in the world, Spanish film director Luis Gonzalez who shot "The Turkish Way" documentation telling Roca Brothers’ journey from Tire to Gaziantep, Somer Sivrioğlu, the author of the book “Anatolia” selected by IACP as the best international book, and was highly acclaimed with his restaurants in Sydney; Efendy and Anason Mezebar and the first Turkish restaurant to enter "The World's 50 Best Restaurants" list with their Cahnga Restaurant Tarik Bayazit, one of the two founders.

MSA team working in the organization; held the breakfast and dinner preparations. The event took place in Bomontiada with the help of MSA’s instructor chefs, assistant chiefs and trainees.
