MSA was in Hong Kong
MSA was welcomed by Hong Kong International Culinary Institute (ICI) in April 2016, under the "A Turkish Culinary Experience" event.
With MSA’s "Turkish Cuisine to the World" misson; Head Chef Cem Erol, Professional Pastry-Bakery Instructor Chef Özge Köse and Professional Trainings and Kitchen Coordinator Zeynep Tunç held demos on Tarhana soup, manti, laz böreği and served traditional ice cream with salep to the students of ICI Hong Kong. On April 29th, MSA team presented a wonderful demo with participation of Hong Kong ICI International Business Development Manager Paolo Gorreri along with Erdal Bahadır from the Turkish Embassy in Hong Kong, Andreas Muller, Executive Director of ICI International Hong Kong, and ICI International Operations Director. At the end of the event, a plaque was presented to MSA team.
