Who can apply?
Those who wish to learn all the fundamental principles of Bakery with a practical and intensive training so as to become a professional; or those who aim to shift career by starting their own Bakery business and entrepreneurs; or those who finished the fundamental Culinary Arts or Pastry & Bakery training, wishing to master the subject by improving their talent on bakery.
How long is the course?
16 hours of theoretical, 144 hours of hands-on classes; in total of 10 weeks - 160 hours.
You will have all fundamental information and practical expertise on breads, bakery products, baked goods, flour and yeast varieties and their production process.
An instructor team with 23 full-time chef instructors as well as more than 30 local and international visiting chefs every year.
