Who can apply?
Those over the age of 18, and wish to invest in a new business, partner with an existing one, or work in the F&B industry and want to improve their business’ efficiency; this course teaches everything there is to know on running an F&B business.

How long is the course?
105 hours of theoretical education.
25 hours of kitchen training *

*Except those in the Chef & Owner program.
