We Represented the Turkish Cuisine Within the "Turkish Food Week" in Sri Lanka
As MSA, we took in charge the whole kitchen preparation with our team of 2 instructor chefs, assistant chef and interns.
Within the scope of the Turkish Republic Day celebrations, Turkish Cuisine Week was held in Sri Lanka between the dates of October 29th and November 4th and our kitchen team of 2 instructor chefs, assistant chef and interns took in charge the kitchen preparations.
In the evening of October 28th, we realised a Republic Reception for 250 people with the hosting of our Ambassador Tunca Özçuhadar and the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka, Ranil Wickremesinghe. In the evening of November 3th, we also prepared a "Turkish Food Gourmet Night" for 75 people with special flavours and dishes, with the participation of Sri Lanka's ministers, foreign diplomatic mission chiefs and Sri Lanka's leader business men. We had the pride to respresent Turkish Cuisine in such an important platform.
